Based on the organizational structure of Herai Pharma pharmaceutical factory, the quality assurance department of this factory has a professional and specialized staff, including senior management, who, at the beginning, according to the global principles of QA, (Quality Assurance) does its best to meet the documentation criteria. (Documentation) and (Quality Control) based on the principles of WHO, WFB, AFDA, which has been associated with the definition of GMP principles for the first time since 2003, to supply global quality products and valid standards to the regional and world markets.

This department uses valid and UpToDate, IP, USP, BP pharmacopoeias to implement GMP principles. To be able to provide the highest quality products to the society.

Each department with competent departments can manage and process its activities, so as to be more aware of the accuracy and correctness of its performance and its competent group, for this purpose, this department has created the management of Quality Control  laboratory to ensure accurate implementation and Instead of GMP principles  with the mentioned criteria (IP, USP, BP).

Therefore, the management of the Quality Control laboratory, having modern devices, reagents and professional experts, performed the necessary and desired tests on its manufactured products, and after confirming and completing this process, the documents were returned to the quality assurance department, and after checking the contents, The implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance process is confirmed by the quality assurance department and its documents are submitted to the relevant departments, and finally the quality product is released to the market and available to consumers.
